While i've not found a bare-metal http server u/mqrstt has developed a no-std mqtt client with support for async as well as blocking so you might want to try that

Looks cool! I've recently started tinkering with the ESP32-C3 as well. I wanted to try rust but the libraries for BLE are still not mature it seems, so I couldn't figure out how to do it. Ultimately I went to using C w/ esp-idf. Here is some of the C code if anyone is interested.
