I traveled with some Buoyant Armigers but did not find their buoyancy all that noteworthy

Where to buy Morrowind
As for modding, if you do end up getting it from GOG then you can either mod the vanilla game (Thastus 2020 is a good mod list) or go OpenMW and use one of the lists on Modding OpenMW. If you get Morrowind on Game Pass you’ll probably need to just use OpenMW because I don’t think MWSE works with the Game Pass version of Morrowind.

Telvanni rules rock (I immediately killed a fellow telvanni with dwemer armor right after and no one cared, guess my argument had more merit 😂)
Think just rise of house telvanni, uvirith's legacy and building up uvirith's legacy. Pretty sure there's some patches involved to run all these, but can't remember at the moment. Should be detailed here somewhere. I just followed this guide.
