Okkie. To get you started generating you own mooncats with ~circles~ spots I put together a little spots sample script (yes, it works with any mooncat) and some first dotty spotty "currency" MoonCat variants in 10px and in 2x with quadruple pixels and random-sized ~circles~ spots (see above).

Over at the /mooncats open source code page I've added a new Cool Cats Expirement that lets you turn "plain vanilla" mooncats into cool cats with sunglasses or is that shades :-). Yes, you can draw your own shades or use one of the four pixel art designs for now.
