Okkie. To get you started generating you own mooncats with ~circles~ spots I put together a little spots sample script (yes, it works with any mooncat) and some first dotty spotty "currency" MoonCat variants in 10px and in 2x with quadruple pixels and random-sized ~circles~ spots (see above).

NFT misconception: JPEG aren't stored on the Blockchain
Did you read any of that code?
I looked at [mooncatparser](https://github.com/ponderware/mooncatparser/blob/master/moon...) and it just hardcodes the 2-bit art as a big string array constant at the top of the JS file. Definitely not "on the blockchain". The part that's stored on the blockchain is the index into the big string array.
