Freezing the game and/or players when in line of sight of another token?
Foundry Patrol used to do this, so it's certainly possible, but that particular module isn't maintained and no longer works. I know there is a pretty big user base call to bring it back, so maybe the League will adopt it, but until then, I don't know if you have any good automated options as hooking into token vision like this requires, well, hooks, and thus falls into module territory rather than just macro territory (though some modules expose certain hooks to macros, so maybe there's a way to do it currently, but I'm unfamiliar with it.

Is there any module / macro that would let you draw an actor's movement path and then have it run that path on a loop?
This module is exactly what you are asking for, and more: https://github.com/JacobMcAuley/foundry-patrol I’ve used it before, and it worked pretty well. One warning, test it before installing on your main game world, it’s been a while since the module was updated and I believe having heard some talk about some incompatibilities that it has now. It worked about a month for me without any problems, but just to be safe test it out first.
