Problem with lootsheet NPC
Lootsheet NPC only works up to foundry v9, you're on v10. (According to the module github page the update for v10 is being worked on but not ready yet) For a shop interface you could use Monk's Enhanced Journals https://github.com/ironmonk88/monks-enhanced-journal it's not as complex as LootSheet NPC but it will get you a basic functioning shop & it works with v10

Foundry VTT WA Integration compatibility with Monks Enhanced Journal DISCUSSION
The World Anvil Integration for Foundry VTT offers the option to export articles into the VTT as basic notes, but the Foundry module Monks Enhanced Journal has become kind of the gold standard of journal and note management within foundry, adding different note types such as Characters, Places, Organizations, Quests, etc.

Is there a process, feature or module to help with actually making Roll Tables not be so painful?
I use Monk's Enhanced Journal for this. It is an incredibly powerful module, but the feature you want in here are the Loot Entries.

How do YOU structure your folders?
PS: If you need something to help keep track of different relationships, I would suggest Monk's Enhanced Journal. Sorting your NPCs for easy access is one thing, but how they fit together is another beast in itself. Read the documentation and see if it feels right for you.

[Mythras System] [Module Question] Monk's Enhances Journal shop and currency
And then looking at the module's JS file I found a section where currencies are being defined for different systems. I do not see the Mythras system listed.

(Auto-)Updating modules on V10, while V11 is already out.
For example you could grab the link of system.json for version 4.12.9 if you were only on 4.10.4 and install it by pasting it into the manifest URL field and pressing install. https://github.com/foundryvtt/pf2e/releases

Is using Foundry VTT with it?
With buffs and debuffs, you should be able to drag conditions straight from the ability description in the chat onto the token - there's options in the settings to have them automatically expire and remove themselves or not. For manually adjusting bonuses to rolls I'm pretty sure it's shift + click on the roll (or there's a setting to make it the reverse). It's worth going through the system guide to see how stuff like those work and how to turn them off if you don't want them.

Working on pf2e support for our VTT. We'd love to hear what you want out of a VTT!
If you want to add automation to homebrew traits or new descriptions you'll need to do a bit more than just using the homebrew menu. You can make a module that registers the traits and their descriptions quite easily. It's also the better way if you want to actually organize your homebrew content anyways since you can move it from game to game easily, share it with others, or even get it listed as a module by Foundry. Automation for those homebrew traits is possible, you can look at the Hopefinder module for an example of new traits that also get automated, in that case it was doable because characters in Hopefinder use a "Survivor" class which could contain all the rule elements, but for more advanced automation modules can modify the character data prep though that would be actual coding and not just some rule elements.
