Running an efficient node
Then for software either: 1) Install the Monero GUI as you have been. 2) Follow one of Seths guides: https://sethforprivacy.com/guides/ 3) Monero-bash Is a bash script you can run that installs things for you. 4) In my very biased opinion (The project I manage) you could run PiNodeXMR, which would turn that little device into the dedicated node and also run P2Pool for your mining and sets up loads of stuff to make your node easy to connect to from your mobile wallet on the move either with tor, I2P or clearnet if you want it simple. https://github.com/monero-ecosystem/PiNode-XMR https://pinode.co.uk/

`Nano`sphere
So, yeah, no .deb file, no curl/wget, no apt repository that they maintain. OK, cool 😎 no problem. I'll keep looking on Ubuntu side to see if Ubuntu has something 😁 you know. I could see that GNU Aspel's appendix does seem to have a recipe for how to make it myself if I wanted to go that route, as I pointed out earlier, however, since I have Ubuntu, I kept stomping the pavement and then it happened, I was able to find sudo apt -y install aspell aspell-en instead 😊🙌

How to rescue an encrypted LUKS partition that was partially modified by a Windows tool?
The Linux installation is/was Ubuntu with an encrypted LUKS partition and before applying a week-old backup I thought that there might be a change of rescuing some data.

Installing packages without networking (there's a reason)
I have corrupted and had to reinstall 4 times in my quest to get drivers for this device. Whenever I reinstall, I am missing basic packages like make, gcc, binutils, and dozens of libraries that they depend on. There are three options for a driver, either the rtl8812au driver on the ubuntu.com archives (supposed to work with 8821 models as well), the aircrack-ng driver, and the morronwr driver. The first two need dkms, which needs gcc and make, and the last just needs gcc and make regardless.
