Are there any good sprite creation programs for Godot?
One of my favorites for tilemap creation specifically is Slate (https://github.com/mitchcurtis/slate), otherwise I use gimp or lately pixelorama as others have recommended. Pixelorama is better for animated or static sprites in my opinion, but Slate has a very unique tilemap editor. It is a little complicated at first, but after a bit being able to lay out tiles next to each other and edit them in place is incredible.

Getting "Hue Color Ambiance Play Gradient Lightstrip for PC" screen color sync working on Linux
Hi! does someone here have a clue how to get screen-color syncing working with the gradient play Hue Lightstrips on Linux? I've seen this: https://github.com/vchlum/hue-lights but the color-picking seems too rough. This seems promising: https://github.com/BradyBrenot/huestacean but I haven't been able to get it built, but I will try again soon. Are there other projects you know about with proper Linux support?

- My hue setup for home desktop. I know the lights don’t line-up with displays but the most important thing to me is the effects and feeling, not accuracy.

Lifx Ambilight Add-on for Kodi
Is this for Hue lights? Cause if it is you have a few alternatives that run outside of Kodi. HueSync on windows and there is a port for Android here https://github.com/BradyBrenot/huestacean/releases/tag/v2.6
- Tried my first Hue kit, 2 play bars

The Lion King with Philips Hue Sync and the gradient strip is amazing.
But it doesn't work with DRM content, right? Before I had the syncbox I used this: https://github.com/BradyBrenot/huestacean But unfortunately it isn't in development anymore as far as I know. I also had a kodi plugin which worked okayish. Since I have the syncbox I'm so happy everything just works, especially after the dolby vision update. The only thing missing still is HDMI 2.1. Luckily you can still use the app on windows, so gaming on the PC isn't affected as much as on the (future) console games.
What are some alternatives?
