Using proxy password with a program that doesn't take a proxy password
Some people suggested using https://github.com/rofl0r/microsocks with it but I can't tell how to make them work together.

Advice to aggregate/load balance 2 to 4 Ethernet connections
I want all my (Ethernet) devices to be able to access the full 2Gb and not be stuck to 1Gb because of the box. The ISP’s box doesn’t support true link aggregation. Currently, my main computer have 2 Ethernet port directly connected to the box and I use dispro to load balance them locally and access the full 2Gbs. speedtest
What are some alternatives?
