Gateway type capabilities
Depending what you mean by "implement MQTT over SMS", I think that's already a thing? Googling shows a handful of SMS bridges for MQTT. E.g. this is one that looks to use a specific GSM dongle, but pretty much the same idea: https://github.com/Domochip/sms2mqtt
