Next DNS doesn't respond to any help issues.
NextDNS gives you a whole bunch of 3rd party filters, maintained by random dudes in Github repos as a hobby. We support some of them too in the "3rd party filters" tab, however we don't encourage anyone to actually use them, as we have our own Native filters, that we've built up over the course of 5 years based on feedback for millions of Windscribe (our sister company) users. Our native filters are highly effective, and prone to much fewer false positives. We recommend you try them, you will be pleasantly surprised with how they perform. I guarantee you that you will spend 90% less time making whitelist rules for false blocks... or your money back :) "Native tracking protection" filters are all part of the IoT Filter. NextDNS has the individual toggles, which enforce this small set of rules. Out IoT filter enforces all of them, as well as 10x more things.

Use uBlock Origin to assist yourself in your glorious endeavors this NNN
The most obvious thing you can do is to use a custom filter. There are several great filterlists out there but I know most of them are just not enough for some of you degenerates out there who have went a bit too deep in the spicy rabbit hole. One of the best filterlists you can use is by the Energized Protection. Here's the direct link to Energized Porn filter in adblock format. Just copy and paste this in Filter lists > Custom > Import, click 'Apply Changes', refresh the page and click 'Update now'.
- Do you know of any "block lists" in the "rpz" format?

I'm not worried about manifest v3. hblock is way better than most ad blockers because it uses your hosts file to work. In other words, it's not constantly running in the background. Web sites can't detect it and it works any browser. It's worth mentioning the equivalent on Android is AdAway.
Same concept, but I personally like to use this https://energized.pro/

Is there an OPNsense plugin or service that can block ads like pi-hole?
This is what I did as well, I added the Energized.pro Ultimate list URL to the blocklist section of Unbound and it worked like a charm.
