Is there a way to remove a L7 firewall rule across all networks?
Here you go. I built this as a quick & dirty example script to get you started with Meraki API programming. I've tested for the most obvious use cases and it should work for your org. You'll need to supply your own API key and the name of your Meraki Org. This script is written in Python and depends on the meraki python library being installed. See Meraki's Github page on installing the meraki python library and setting up your environment. If you are new to Python, you are going to want to use a newer build of Python 3.x. If you don't already have a Python editor, I HIGHLY recomment Sublime Text as it is a bomb text editor and the Python syntax highlighting is hella useful. Good luck!

Is there a way to sort Networks based on "Tags" or Network name?
If you haven't used the sdk before start in a terminal with "pip3 install meraki". You may also need to create an API key via the dashboard. Be very careful about where you store this, it has the same access you do. The api bits you really care about are located here to manage the alert settings. This should give you all the networks
