I have found two different GitHub repos that have a database of open-source mech keyboards. Most have plate files available as well, I’d start there.
- I'm making a detailed database of all prebuilt mechanical keybords out there

Ortholinear laptop keyboards?
Only other one I'm aware of is ThinKeys, mechanical replacement for the keyboard in some thinkpad versions. Though it uses kailh X switches which are notoriously very bad, still cool to see.

I love my Framework Laptop
The only thing I would love to see is a keyboard mod for something ergonomic. Something like the ThinKeys project, or the pineapple60 project. I'm not sure if I have the time, but maybe I could try my hand at prototyping something, if Framework has the relevant specs open-sourced and documented somewhere?

I know there's been some other drop-in lenovo ergo keyboard efforts like https://modulo.industries/ (see their reddit post in https://www.reddit.com/r/ErgoMechKeyboards/comments/n8ouqi/ic_thinkeys_13_split_ortho_with_trackpoint_for/ ) - was tempted to go this route at one point but heard some concerns about the reliability of kailh x switches.

Non-mechanical split keyboard
You may be interested in the ThinkKeys project. Other than that as someone else has commented kail choc switches and a DIY kit like splitkb.com kyria gets you pretty close, but you'll also be getting linear plus columnar stagger which is better, but will differ from your thinkpad. Kail choc red feel pretty good to me and I also like my thinkpad switches. There's also kail low profile butterfly switches which are truly laptop switches but I've never seen anyone actually use them in a DIY build.

Ortholinear Laptop! Making a keyboard kit for the MNT Reform. Need some feedback - layout options and details in the comments!
I've been dreaming for an ortho laptop with a trackpoint for quite some time now, and I only know of the thinkeys (github) as a similar project. You might be interested in how he integrated a trackpoint in his design!
