Luckily this removal won't be an issue since the current verification team considers IGT to be unreliable, already retimes runs and is ready to publish new timing rules that don't make use of it. You’d have to play through the game for this to work, but you can use the Speedsouls Save Organizer to easily back up your save right at the fog wall of certain boss fights, and retry them as much as you would like. Doing it in front of the fog wall also cuts out the runbacks, which is a lifesaver for fights like Manus that have long runbacks.

Copying over your save file will work as others have suggested, but if you want to keep a bunch of saves for different bosses and stuff, I’d recommend using the Save Organizer. It makes it much faster to create, organize, and load different saves once you have it set up.
