Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

this is gilles castel’s master thesis, i was wondering how to change the font to this one (which also affects math mode) and also get that margin with content https://github.com/gillescastel/masterthesis i tried contacting him for help but had no answer

Does someone know how to create this lay-out in LaTeX?
My Master's thesis uses margin notes / figures a lot. The code is available on github. The package you're looking for is sidenotes. You'll also need to enlarge margins and load a very recent version of marginparfix to fix some issues. All necessary code is in the repo. Let me know if you have problems.

struggling to get started with tufte
in previous posts in this subreddit i got rec'ed this https://github.com/Tufte-LaTeX/tufte-latex however im struggling to get started with creating documents with it, not really understanding how it works to get the document classs set up etc. so can anyone give me some help, once i get the first steps it will probably be easier then
