MA COVID-19 Data 3/10/21
Ok, I think I see, they sequence samples they run on their assay, not all samples sequenced everywhere (state labs and other institutions run their own). I found the Helix github repository which updates daily with new counts, nice for checking trends. (I also found Nextstrain, which is a total time sink for getting lost in data. :) )
