What tools do people wish existed for Chia?
After all the positive feedback I received on my program for pausing and resuming Mad Max instances on Windows, I'm looking forward to the possibility of working on another similar project, perhaps slightly larger in scope this time.

Plotting on Windows with MadMax? I made a tool to pause/resume the plots, and am looking for feedback/testers
I made a simple Windows tool to pause and resume the MadMax chia plotter in Windows. It's fully open-source, but I've also released a pre-compiled EXE file for ease of use.

Can you create plots whilst farming?
Chiadog is a monitoring program for people who solo and dont want to manually check the log file. I have mine set up to ping into a discord room should there be any issues. From memory it was a pain to set up, but feel free to check it out here: https://github.com/martomi/chiadog - not really needed if pooling IMO.

A surprise to be sure but a welcome one.
It’s chiadog.

Connection monitor
Check Chiadog , it has a lot of features to monitor and notify events like reduced plot count, hdd disconnect, node out of sync, etc.
-
Dusting - started ~14:40 PST 12/23 - make sure you are running 1.2.11
Good idea! I created a feature request for Chiadog: https://github.com/martomi/chiadog/issues/322

How Do Hard Drives Fail? - Chia Blog
This would be a neat thing to roll up into a monitoring system like chiadog

Just passed 100 tb. Time to try solo?
You can get chiadog for that, it distills the messages down into more human-readable info. FlexFarmer only makes a huge difference when you're farming on a weak system like a Pi. Solo farming isn't that scary.
