Is there any RTS Camera mods that are compatible with this current version of the game?
Yes actually (at least of 1.1.4 for me), but you have to download it from their github. https://github.com/lzh-mb-mod/RTSCamera/releases

whatever hot fix came out yesterday ruined my entire mod list and it crashes
