Are no solutions working now to block Twitch ads?
Setting it up currently is basically downloading the dev extension at https://github.com/AlyoshaVasilieva/luminous-ttv-ext/releases and pointing it at one of the URLs listed. Browsers are annoying about running dev extensions, though (basically need enterprise-y policy overrides), and I don't want to put the effort into figuring out how to get a better experience since it works for me.
