The number of mentions indicates the total number of mentions that we've tracked plus the number of user suggested alternatives.
Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

I call this piece the "Concrete-Jack"
Other keyboards use a type of Arduino Pro Micro board which already contains all the necessary logic components. The advantage of using a pro micro is that they are cheap, easily replaceable and have a huge variety of choice including the colour, the connector type and even the central computing unit. So for example with a Corne keyboard, you could build it with a regular Arduino Pro Micro, or a RP2040 based Pro Micro for extra features and memory, or you could use a Nice!Nano Pro Micro and make it wireless! You can even hotswap between them to change between wired and wireless if needed. Here you can see a modification made by a fan where the Lumberjack is actually made to work with a Pro Micro!

Making Preonic Wireless
Boardsource would be my first recommendation too. Unfortunately the case is often a problem (also for the Preonic). The lumberjack is a 5x12 ortho which can fit in any 60% case, but it also uses an onboard controller. There are some variations which use a pro micro and could also use a nice!nano, but you would need to order the PCBs yourself The lumberelite for example

The board filled up quicker than expected
Sure, I put the files up on Github here

My ortholinearish bakeneko65. First time designing a PCB!
I’m currently waiting for some Lumberelite pcb’s to deliver from JLCPCB, so I’ll take a stab at yours later on when I make the plunge for 5 pcb’s and somehow afford a case too

I'm loving my remixed Lumberjack

I made a custom Lumberjack using an Elite-C and adding an OLED
