For the delay and everything, you'll probably want to use something like easyeffects if you're on pipewire, https://github.com/wwmm/easyeffects. You'll also need to make sure you have the linux studio plugins installed, https://lsp-plug.in/ .

Ninjas2 — a lovely slicer, allows automatic/manual sample slicing, and automatic mapping of slices to MIDI notes, with basic ADSR controls as well.

Closest one I've got is Ninjas2. It doesn't have transient detect slicing like Slicex IIRC, but still good enough
