lsp, lsp-ui and lsp-haskell - code actions not working.
I think this is a problem with haskell language server. Also, there seems to be something missing in lsp-haskell indicated by the null errors but most likely it is not related to code actions. It is best to open an issue in https://github.com/emacs-lsp/lsp-haskell .

The other answer is good, but here's a possibly faster one: use string-inflection. I have string-inflection-all-cycle bound to C-c i. Advantage is that you can get "ALLCAPS" or "Capitalized" by just repeating string-inflection-all-cycle. (I actually do what the docs suggest and customize it according to major mode, but that's a detail.)
