Yes. There is/used to be haskell-tng.el which looked promising, but it hasn't had any commits in over a year and is still quite experimental. For syntax highlighting specifically you could also look into emacs-tree-sitter in addition to haskell-mode, though I personally haven't found the highlighting to improve dramatically with it.
