recommended self hosted file/image dump
the said image hoster was running chibisafe. it is nice and works ok with sharex, my screen capture tool of choice (for windows).

I find XBackBone to work pretty well. It also integrates nicely with ShareX or Screencloud, making uploading from your desktop even easier.
