No support for mx master 3?
I've used both a Master 3 and a 3S, and have generally found that you need the logiops driver for full support. I'm not sure about its compatibility with Blender OOTB, but it gives you full HID control over the mouse via a config file.

There are two things stopping me from daily driving Linux. Could you help me with those issues?
Assuming you are comfortable with a little bit of scripting, there is a program called logiops - https://github.com/PixlOne/logiops that I use. With this I can control all the gestures and remap them into anything I want. For instance right now if I hold the gesture button and move the mouse back it will act as alt tab. If I move it left or right, it changes my tag/workspace (awesomewm). And so on.

Desktop mode with external mouse (slow scrolling, not adjustable)
Looking into it some more, there's logiops: https://github.com/PixlOne/logiops

Best software to control keyboard and mouse RGB?
I use https://github.com/MatMoul/G810-led for my 810, and you could give it a try (might also control RGB on currently-unsupported hardware).

Logitech G413 keyboard missing keystrokes on Windows 10
I have read all similar issues (not just about this model, but any G, on this sub, and Google-wide) and mostly they are unresolved or hardware related. In my case, since I'm using GNU/Linux primarily (openSUSE Leap 15.4) this keyboard works perfectly (with g810-led even the lighting)!

Logitech Keyboard Backlight
You can check the g810-led project (https://github.com/MatMoul/g810-led) that is actually sending the backlight signals to the keyboard which my app uses. You can also check Solaar (https://github.com/pwr-Solaar/Solaar) as it supports MX Keys and has some sort of backlight customization.

Keyboard + mouse + headphones for FPS games, suggestions?
I have been using Logitech for years and you can just install Piper to make use of the features like the profiles, configuring the mouse sensitivity, the colors, etc. There is also g810-led. I also wrote my own tool to play around with their HID++ protocol, but never got around to finishing it.

Gaming mechanical keyboard that uses open source driver that works really well in Linux.
If you want to control the RGB values, look at g810. It works pretty well with my Logitech keyboard.
