Any good resources for programming?
There are two main C frameworks: Jo Engine (https://github.com/johannes-fetz/joengine/) and libyaul (https://github.com/ijacquez/libyaul). I don't have much experience with libyaul but the lead developer is a good dude. I use Jo Engine and I find it's a good place to start for beginners, especially the samples (https://github.com/johannes-fetz/joengine/tree/master/Samples). As they both use GCC I imagine using assembly will be trivial.

New game - Red Moon: Lost Days
the source code of The Lighthouse of São Bento do Oeste, my last visual novel, went open and the code it self has been added to the JoEngine (https://github.com/johannes-fetz/joengine) samples gallery. Now devs will be able to create more visual novels for Sega Saturn.
