Weird graphical glitch in MGS
It looks that it is a know issue: https://github.com/libretro/pcsx_rearmed/issues/40 . I have complete MGS with pcsx-rearmed and except this glitch i didn't have other issues.

Having trouble with PCSX on Retroarch 32-bit
I was just playing around PCSX-ReARMed on 64-bit Android and realized that it also uses NEON-based GPU renderer now, which has the upscaling option. It turns out NEON was just ported to most ARM64 platforms a couple of weeks ago: https://github.com/libretro/pcsx_rearmed/commit/b5bb0aea098228745c26d660855d5fada85d836f

PS1 compatibility question (OnionOS): Gundam Battle Assault 2
Very few emulators have 100% library compatibility. It definitely sounds like an issue specific to the core and so not something the Onion team can resolve but you might want to log an issue with the core developer.

Very interesting change from PEOPS GPU plugin. I always thought NEON is assembly-like instruction set for ARM-based CPUs and would be difficult to port to Intel/AMD CPUs (https://github.com/notaz/pcsx_rearmed/commit/9088aca124430b38f473c931492b333cd998dfda). This means you can enable "Enhanced Resolution" for PCSX-ReARMed core now on 64-bit Windows/Linux (https://github.com/notaz/pcsx_rearmed/commit/af486d6e6500b327e3fe34848848f6331ef777b2).

Game Crashes each time I enter a specific boss battle
https://github.com/notaz/pcsx_rearmed/issues/171 - sounds like a compatibility issue in Xenogears to me (pun intended ;)). Same issue for the libretro core at https://github.com/libretro/pcsx_rearmed/issues/490 and nobody seems to care.
