GameCube's 'Happy Feet' always crashes on startup when using RetroArch Dolphin core...but GitHub says I can't report it.

Cores for Android are that bad?
They are not. I have an old Android and I was impressed that the PCSX ReARMed core can emulate well even on such an old device (I also have ePSXe and it also works fine). And my main Android is not a high-end device, but it emulates most cores well, except for the Dolphin core, which has been broken in Android for years.

Dolphin Retroarch works perfect, EXCEPT with Sims 2 - crashes on launch
The game needs to run in single core mode, which crashes RetroArch (https://github.com/libretro/dolphin/issues/235), so you won't be able to play that game with the core unfortunately.

Sonic Adventure Battle 2 not working
RetroArch unfortunately crashes without the "dual core" option (https://github.com/libretro/dolphin/issues/235), you can disable it by editing the game .ini file but as said in the link you will encounter instability and/or crashes :/

Retroarch having aspect ratio issues with Dolphin.

Wii wads on retroarch ?
Yes, however due to the "Dual Core" option being impossible to disable in the Dolphin core (https://github.com/libretro/dolphin/issues/235) some games won't work, like Castlevania and Contra Rebirth for example.

Resident evil 2/3 gamecube
Can't help with that sorry, I don't have an Xbox so no clue how it works. You can try this version of the core if you want: https://github.com/bslenul/dolphin/releases/tag/re2-3 , that one can read the .ini from the system folder, so no need to move them.

Xbox Retroarch Controller Issues
If you don't mind downgrading: https://github.com/bslenul/dolphin/releases/tag/input-fix but be aware, since the core with these options are even older you won't be able to load state files made with current version, you won't be able to load games in .rvz format, you may encounter ingame bugs that were fixed later, etc.

How do I set up analogue triggers for Retroarch?
I made a build with the input fixes if you want to try, this is only for Windows and Linux 64bit, I can't/don't know how to build for other platforms, I think the Windows build should work on Xbox Series (and maybe One? no idea): https://github.com/bslenul/dolphin/tree/master/libretro_core
