The number of mentions indicates the total number of mentions that we've tracked plus the number of user suggested alternatives.
Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Python implementation of Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm using NumPy! I made this specifically for integration into an iOS app but others might find this useful for customizing the algorithm or just understanding how the method works a bit better. Link to GitHub source code in comments

Levenberg-Marquardt nonlinear curve-fitting algorithm built from scratch with NumPy
I ran into issues making an iOS app with kivy-ios due to incompatibilities with the SciPy library. I was using SciPy methods for mathematical modelling, so I decided to build a nonlinear curve-fitting algorithm using NumPy! Feel free to use this if it might be helpful -- the link to the GitHub repository is here: https://github.com/abnerbog/levenberg-marquardt-method

[D] Can we use Ray for distributed training on vertex ai ? Can someone provide me examples for the same ? Also which dataframe libraries you guys used for training machine learning models on huge datasets (100 gb+) (because pandas can't handle huge data).

Is there a text evaluation metric that does not need reference text?
I'm looking for an automatic evaluation metric that can score the first text higher (since it's more grammatically correct/better for other reasons). All the metrics for NLG I found require some reference text to match the generated text with, which I don't have.
