I've been looking at different documents like Ledger Hardware Wallet ETH JavaScript bindings and I don't see anything for this.

In that case, is there a way to programmatically transfer my funds somewhere else? I noticed that there are methods for creating a transaction of signing a transaction, but I didn't find anything regarding sending a transaction to an other address. However I wouldn't suggest to use the bridge and rather focus on a native webhid/webusb implementation as the user experience would be much smoother. Do you know the ETH address where your coins are? If yes, try to search for the address with this tool: findeth.io/ Enter there the address you are searching for and then choose Trezor as a search token. Let me know if the tool was able to find the address on any derivation path.

If the address is nowhere to be found, you are using a different private keys. That means that you either have a different seed jn your Trezor than previously, or you are using a different passphrase.
