I made a simple remote controller for YouTube and Twitch with Python and Telegram

I have been asked to create a directX screen capturing tool which can capture video at source device (on windows). I have never worked with directx/windows application. Can anyone guide me a little?
There is also XInput-Python, but direct Python seems to be more suitable for your needs.
