I was looking for a tool that would do filtering and provide download links for collection 2 recently and found landsatlinks. Works like a charm, you can use the links directly or with a download manager

Best Python API for Landsat download?
I’ve written one to manage an archive for specific states and countries using Landsat Collection 2 Level 2 data: https://github.com/drguy/ieo. Just be aware that it doesn’t install properly, and I could use some help with setup.oy.
