I just did a quick search and found this: https://github.com/kunitoki/popsicle It look interesting, but it is not clear if it can be used to deliver a VST3 dll.

I've not worked with the official bindings (they look pretty terrible to use) but have had good luck with https://github.com/sdementen/piecash.
