Extracting an files from a DVD that I own for personal use only
Using vgmstream plugin with combination of media players that supports it. But for this, you will need to create a supplementary TXTH files since these VB files won't be recognized properly by the plugin, and also you will need to copy the VB files off the disc to somewhere to create this file because this file need to be put on the same directory as where you'd copied the VB files. You can read more about TXTH here

Is there anybody that could decompile these bnk files for me?
Sure, vgmstream and wwiser can play the audio in the bnk files, and the latter can even play events and export the metadata in a format that lets you play them with the former. I only didn't link them because I wasn't sure it would be appreciated in this subreddit, but since OP removed the post anyways, I see no reason not to.
