Best medium to high quality webcam for Linux?
If you are looking for a portable webcam, then while any UVC camera will work, to me, it looks like the Razer Kiya Pro and the Poly Studio P5 might be some of the better higher-end (1080P, decent low-light) options (both about $100). Someone has written a Linux tool for adjusting the Kiyo Pro settings.

Seeking Minimal C++ Example for Streaming RTSP Video Using WebRTC
I'm currently working on understanding WebRTC and I'm trying to create a minimal example in C++. My aim is to take an RTSP video stream and display it in a web browser. I found a similar example at https://github.com/mpromonet/webrtc-streamer, but what sets my objective apart is that I'm looking for the absolute bare minimum code necessary to do this.
