How do I turn someone's WiFi back on
You could invoke use of a script to deauth the devices(i.e kickthemout - https://github.com/k4m4/kickthemout) - [ this will send DEAUTH packets to the wifi devices, and such they will deauth from the wifi on the network ]intermitently, this might make the parents perhaps log into the console themselves to disable this feature.

This issue isn’t fixed yet in some cases -> https://github.com/bitbrute/evillimiter/issues/123 But i guess they are working on it. Here are some similar programs I would recommend NetStalker tuxcut there’s also a windows version for Evillimiter Evillimiter-windows. Hope this helps if you have any other questions feel free to dm.

ULPT Request: how can I use up as much WiFi as possible while I’m at work?
Just use netcut(https://arcai.com/ ), or evillimiter(https://github.com/bitbrute/evillimiter ). That way, you can slow down their wifi without affecting your speed at all
