Custom Windows Visual Style
https://github.com/nptr/msstyleEditor (free), this. Also another paid alternative https://www.vistastylebuilder.com/ . BUT msstyles only apply for win32 apps (file explorer,...), not UWP and other part of system. Also editing things like that is not so easy for me, so good luck on that.

simple dark/white win10
to make my theme i've used WSB (mainly) and msstyleEditor ( for some specifics changes )

The search window got dark mode!
Started with this, followed instructions, then changed stuff i didn't like with msstyleEditor and Resource Hacker. It's a hack, so some apps don't/only partially pick up the style. Some shortcuts (custom themes live in C:\Users\YOU\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Themes) on the desktop make that less of a pain.

Red and grey (WIP) What do you think?

Is there any way by which I can customize and get those rounded corners and small buttons on Windows 10, similar to how the macOS windows look like?
So yes, you must modify it using MsstyleEditor for example so you can modify the images related to this buttons. Once you have saved the result, you can rename the original file to whatever you wish, and rename the modified backup one as the original one. Then, you reload the theme in the Personalization part of Settings, and you prey.
