nanohakase
Nanohakase is a python library for the Nano cryptocurrency. It aims to be the simplest Nano library out there, and is a self fork of Bananopie. (by stjet)

Nano framework for Python - Does it even exist?
I also found tools.nanos.cc and this too has a bunch of awesome features built in on a website. Also Java script based.

Nanoticker.info to be decommissioned (maybe)
API backend for https://tools.nanos.cc/

What do you think is the most secure way to store your Nano?
1/ 3 flash drives with encrypted partitions (ex for linux : LUKS). 2/ Paper wallet generated with Keytools (https://tools.nanos.cc/) 3/ Save the pdf of the wallets on the 3 encrypted partitions 4/ store the flash drives in different locations 5/ send the Nano amount on the address of the paper wallet 6/ make a clean "receive" and "change rep" block with Nault.cc in "advance" mode (remote signing transactions); 7/ make clean, air-gapped spending from paper wallet with Nault (remote signing transactions).

Same seed multiple wallets?
You can definitively use the same seed for multiple Nano wallets. Each seed can generate many deterministic accounts. On any wallet, you'll regain control over the exact same addresses, in same order. You only need to keep your seed secured. I highly recommend Natrium as mobile wallet and Nault to store huge amounts with maximum security (possibility to combine with hardware wallet s.a. Ledger Nano. I personally use cold storage/ paper wallet in combination with Nault). https://tools.nanos.cc/

Blake2b and BEP-39: A call to all Python enthusiasts
Sure, there are online tools to do this. tools.nanos.cc/ has a good one, but it's JS.

I don't find any method to sweep wallet from seed, above deterministic address #15 (Kalium, or Nault/Vault)
Unfortunately, Bananovault does not work (plenty of issues, while its Nano counterpart works without flaw) : https://banano.nault.cc/sweeper KeyTools is also great for Nano, but has never been duplicated for Banano. https://tools.nanos.cc/

For all the "I sent Nano to exchange x days ago" people
I've been playing around with manually and programmatically creating blocks - e.g. I SEND from a known account to an unopened account via some NodeJS code. No RECEIVE block is generated so I've been doing it painstakingly via https://tools.nanos.cc/. Is this just a result of the spam attack or have I screwed up? Per my first question, should Nault/Natrium/whatever do that for me, if I'm logged in to the receiver wallet?
