You can definitively use the same seed for multiple Nano wallets. Each seed can generate many deterministic accounts. On any wallet, you'll regain control over the exact same addresses, in same order. You only need to keep your seed secured. I highly recommend Natrium as mobile wallet and Nault to store huge amounts with maximum security (possibility to combine with hardware wallet s.a. Ledger Nano.
