Working on a phoenix app & created a makefile & dockerfile which makes it easy to spin up a comprehensive phoenix dev environment from scratch. Tested on Ubuntu 20.10 but should work on 20.04
You should take a loot at asdf (or kerl and kiex) for a reproducible build of Elixir and Erlang.
