How do I use nvim-lsp's omnicompletion with the tab key?
I stupidly overload shift-tab, tab, and enter for autocomplete + UltiSnips + snippets.nvim + vsnips + the keycode like this: https://github.com/dbalatero/dotfiles/blob/master/nvim/lua/lspservers.lua#L74-L144
