How do I use nvim-lsp's omnicompletion with the tab key?

https://github.com/rockerBOO/awesome-neovim#completion You have the choice between completion-nvim and nvim-compe. Both are a great choice. I don't know about the tab key though as I just use and nowadays. Completion plugins usually have instructions on how to set it up.
