Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Is there something like GSON available in C++?
I made a header only library with good performance and low memory overhead to parse JSON straight into structs, and serialize structs to JSON. How to parse into non map/object types is configurable with template functions. json_struct
- Hardcore metaprogramming in the wild

What JSON library do you suggest?
json_struct for serializing directly to and from structs. Its one header only and performs on par with RapidJSON.

A C++ compile-time static reflection ConfigLoader framework
Hi, I wrote JsonStruct. A header only library for parsing to and from structs. So I basically had the same problem: how to add metadata. I desided for having an additional macro. This leads to make it possible to add metadata to structs that you cannot modify for instance. Also, you can deside not to add metadata for all of the member of a struct. Please check it out! https://github.com/jorgen/json\_struct

C++ JSON libs Reviewed/Compared - nlohmann, rapidjson, boost.json
Nice page! I have written a JSON header only library that parses and serializes to structs. Would you be interested in reviewing it? Performance is ok/good and I personally think usability is good as well :) https://github.com/jorgen/json_struct

Multiple projects and managing dependencies
You don't need any of that. It's actually a very simple case. I have a project with a structure similar to yours (https://github.com/stilgarpl/bsc - if you want to check my cmake configuration)

Calling functions with arbitrary arguments at runtime from parsed text
I have a library just for you: https://github.com/stilgarpl/bsc/blob/master/src/parser/parser/cast/templateCast.h

Tired of unwieldy tools like getopt or argp? Try Quick Arg Parser, a single header C++ library that does the same needing only a fraction of the code and simpler interface
Looks nice, very similar to my own argument parser: https://github.com/stilgarpl/bsc/blob/master/src/parser/README.md
What are some alternatives?

daw_json_link - Fast, convenient JSON serialization and parsing in C++
cmake-init - The missing CMake project initializer
