Journal/Mood tracker
I found something called Journal by Inoda (https://github.com/inoda/journal), but can't seem to get it working on Docker, and I am not sure if it has all the features, because I can't test it.

Self hosted journal app (like Sol Journal)?
Try Inoda Journal. It even supports data encryption.

[MySQL] Adding New Preference Values to User Table if Not Exist
I 'm working with the opensource Kimai time tracking software, there is a table called kimai2_user_preferences that stores user preferences in a key/value pair. I'd ideally like to create four value/key pairs when a new row is added to the kimai2_users table in order to set default required values used by a plugin. I haven't put thought into the automation part of it, still trying to work out the SQL code to add the required values if they do not already exist.
