I found something called Journal by Inoda (https://github.com/inoda/journal), but can't seem to get it working on Docker, and I am not sure if it has all the features, because I can't test it.
This is only the mood tracking part of what you're asking for (it allows comments/descriptions for each day as well, so I guess you could technically journal there): https://github.com/Ryan10145/year-in-pixels-creator
