JDK Mission Control Core libraries now available on Maven Central
I only wished that JMC Agent would be part of that too. That'd be so great to use in conjunction with JFrUnit, e.g. for asserting the SQL statements issued by an application. Currently, this requires JMC Agent to be built from source.

Oracle JDK Mission Control version 8.0.0 (JMC 8) is now GA
It's part of the OpenJDK project. So not really tied to Oracle anymore: https://github.com/openjdk/jmc

Items getting erased on Minecraft realms after world download.
It's not a bug. Your data is saved, it's just not accessible because you're in a different context. In multiplayer each player's data is stored in a separate file in playerdata/[your-UUID].dat. In single player the player's data is stored in the level.dat file; if the world was never used in single player, the information there is defaulted. If you were to create a local server instance and load a copy of that world you'd see all your stuff when you join that server. If you want to transfer your multiplayer information, you can use NBTExplorer to copy the information from the playerdata profile into the single player profile in level.dat.

fallFlyTicks
If your on single player download NBTExplorer *I dont know how to do the link thing, so here's one from Github https://github.com/jaquadro/NBTExplorer/releases * -once you have it, open it and open your level.dat click your UUID and Ctrl+f and find *Value* elytra -delete about the first 3-4 Elytra values with SilentGear connected to it (leave minecraft:elytra alone) -save to the same level.dat file location -load up world and yay!

Infinite death?
One method is to use NBTExplorer, search in the chunk data for the command string, and edit it to replace it with an empty string or something innocuous. The downside of doing this on a Mac is that you'd want to run the Windows version in a Wine instance, which can be a pain to get working if you don't have it set up already. If you have a Windows PC available where you can copy the world to work on, this might be less grief.

Need Help xd
There is also a less risky way, but more complicated : Install NBTeditor https://github.com/jaquadro/NBTExplorer/releases/tag/v2.8.0-win , install the .zip file.

Which small unknow mod should be in more modpack? | Mine is Hole Filler (link in the comment)
You can enable cheats by setting Data.allowCommands to 1 in level.dat with https://github.com/jaquadro/NBTExplorer/releases

i was working on a map and i accidentally made a command block that repeatedly kills the player. how do i fix it? :(
Another solution would be to use NBTExplorer and find out where the command block is and remove it.

Modded Minecraft says "Disconnected from server" when playing single-player in 1.19.3
You will probably need to use a program like NBTExplorer to wipe part of your inventory. You might be able to put them in a nearby chest in the world, or it might just be easier to use creative mode to cheat your items back in.

Trying to remove a single corrupt item from Inventory
For Java, use NBTExplorer.

Enabling 1.20 blocks? (Java)
You can use a tool like NBT Explorer to modify the level.dat of your world and adding update_1_20 to the DataPacks.Enabled list and add a list tag called enabled_features with minecraft:update_1_20 in it.

I've killed 21 Dragons, but only have 14 gateways
You could fix this by using NBTExplorer to repopulate the Data/DragonFight/Gateways list with the numbers for the missing gates then fight the dragon 6 more times to generate the missing gates. Information on how to figure out which gates you need can be found here in the wiki.
