SimpleLogin Blacklist?
However adding more and more domains isn't the real solution as some websites will continue blocking aliases and hiding/obfuscating isn't the real solution. We are in discussion with some other email alias service to find a sustainable solution. In the meantime, please send us the website that blocks our aliases so we can get in touch with them. And please let us know whenever you see attempts to block aliases like https://github.com/ivolo/disposable-email-domains/issues/846.

Hey r/DeGoogle! We are SimpleLogin and we offer privacy-preserving email aliases to protect you from data breaches and cross-website tracking!
This is indeed a real risk and we have some monitoring to make sure SimpleLogin domains aren't listed in these block lists. SimpleLogin community has also helped flagging these attempts, for example this one https://github.com/ivolo/disposable-email-domains/issues/846

Not all of my emails have been moved over yet, but over time I plan on depreciating almost if not all of my main emails from logins.

Are email addresses ever safe?
For receive-only e-mails, take a look at addy.io as a free alternative to DDG. It's easier to manage with an account page listing every alias you create, with the option to block if required.

Most emails end up in spam
My only complaint: 90% of the emails coming from AnonAddy, which is the alias service I use for all of my accounts, end up in the spam folder.

Any self hosted disposable email address generators?
AnonAddy - https://github.com/anonaddy/anonaddy/blob/master/SELF-HOSTING.md OR SimpleLogin.io The real issue you are going to face is being able to receive emails on your server. If you are trying to do this at home, most home ISPs block incoming port 25. Even on most cloud providers you will face the same problem.
