Where do you get old versions of Visual C++?
I want to use this plugin so I try to install its required module, which fails (whether using 'pip' or 'setup.py') for the same reason as distorm3. The installation of ssdeep as required by pyimpfuzzy also fails, but for a different reason that I haven't started looking into yet.

Any free app/way to block websites/apps?
With Adaway you can block specific websites with different kind of dns-blocklist. Here are a few blocklists. You can also create own blocklists with the website/apps you want to block.

Gambling Ads should be skippable.
I use Steven Black's hosts file so ads on the rest of the web don't even load on my computer, and then use uBlock Origin to block the stragglers.
