IHateToBudget VS IHateMoney

FireflyIII and Invoice Ninja are as I can see the most popular ones but they seem a little bit complicated and more fit for small businesses. In fact it seems that the most Finance and Budgeting Applications are targeted for smaller businesses or freelancers. It usually takes several weeks for the maintainer(s) to review your PR. This list is the main source of traction for my own self-crafted self-hosted money-tracking app IHateToBudget.

Either way, the models are quite simple and the database is a simple sqlite file. It's should be trivial to parse and insert data, either from within Django (similar to what I did here), or with a standalone script making direct queries to sqlite.

Recently, I stumbled upon ihatemoney.org - a free and open source shared expenses manager and I found it great. It lets you create a group of members to manage settlements between them.
