The terminal theme in that screenshot is the builtin wezterm defaults which are a minor evolution of the "Wez" theme that I uploaded to a random wiki years and years ago, and which found its way into the https://github.com/mbadolato/iTerm2-Color-Schemes collection and is now also available as a selectable theme in wezterm: https://wezfurlong.org/wezterm/colorschemes/w/index.html#wez (that's NOT the same as wezterm's defaults, but it is very similar!)
The colorscheme used in vim in that screenshot is my personal vim colorscheme which is leaning on the terminal color scheme, with the doc comment color explicitly selecting that orange color, for its added visual terror factor. (Really, I just like my Rust doc comments to be rust colored).
For MobaXterm Users: I've taken screenshots of 230+ syntax color schemes from GitHub and assembled them in an Imgur album, link to GitHub inside

I use tilix - it has both tabs and split windows with excellent customization options (accessible via UI). It is quick and I haven't had any issues with it so far.

Is there a terminal that is comparable to iTerm2 in Linux?
4 projects | reddit.com/r/linux | 10 Nov 2021
Tilix has not been supported for some time (https://github.com/gnunn1/tilix/issues/1700). Since months there are only commits concerning the language files (https://github.com/gnunn1/tilix/commits/master). And the issues are getting more and more (https://github.com/gnunn1/tilix/issues).
Embrace fall with Dracula Theme

The terminal you see in the screenshot is tilix with Dracula theme for tilix. The installation process is slightly easier than for gnome terminal. However, I have also installed the gnome terminal theme you linked. I did not encounter any issues while following the instructions. Did you receive any errors during the installation? Have you checked your preference and chosen the right color theme under Profiles -> Colors?

However, Tilix is basically no longer supported. For months, there have only been automated updates of the translations and a new maintainer has been sought for some time (https://github.com/gnunn1/tilix/issues/1700).

Tilix is an open-source advanced Linux terminal emulator that uses GTK+ 3 and offers a lot of features that are not part of the default terminal that ships with Linux distributions.
i uploaded a demo with GTK4 Adwaita tabs which is like a HUGE improvement over GTK3 ..still i so wish GNOME to support tabs on headerbar on their design language (not everything's phone!)
